Join Gillian Forrester, independent art historian, curator, and writer for this guided talk and tour inside the exhibition. Emphasizing the subtleties and many possibilities that printmaking offers as a medium, Forrester will examine each artist’s approach to conceptual strategies of reproduction, reappropriation, regeneration, and reification. Grounded in her academic background in British visual culture from the 18th to the 21st century, Forrester will map the linkages between contemporary works in (Re)Print with the diverse historical materials in reference.
